We currently serve Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland , Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Sweden and Norway.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping is fixed by destination, does not vary based on weight or quantity.

In 48/72 hours:

  • Peninsula and Portugal: 4,95 Euros.
  • Balearics: 7,95 Euros.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 12,95 Euros.
  • European countries: 11,95 Euros (France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands).
  • European countries: 14,95 Euros (Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia).
  • European countries: 20,95 Euros (Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Sweden).
  • Norway: 27,95 Euros.

In 24 hours:

  • Peninsula: 6,50 Euros.
  • Balearics: 13,95 Euros.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 18,95 Euros.

Delivery term

Delivery times will vary between 24 and 72 hours depending on the zone or country of delivery (Work days). No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays.

The term can be varied depending on the timely availability of the item in the warehouse. If we can not fully or partially service the order, we will contact you through your email and / or the telephone number provided, to confirm the order or to proceed with the cancellation of the order and refund of the amount.

Delivery of the purchase

You can track the purchase from your private area (My Account). If there is any variation in the order status, we will send you an email. Once delivered to the transport company you will be sent a link to follow the delivery.

Return of products

The deadline for changes and returns is 15 calendar days from the reception of the order, in case of change of model, color or size is free and the return will be charged shipping and return costs.

To request a return, send us an email to tutukidsshoes@gmail.com indicating the order number, name, surname and address where the shipment was made.

Secure Payment Forms

Credit card

You can make the payment of your purchase with your credit or debit card. The payment is made through a secure connection directly to the banking entity in charge of the transaction, in this case with Caixabank. We will never have contact with your card details.

MasterCard, Maestro visa and Euro6000 cards are accepted.

Paypal

This system allows you to pay as a Paypal user or using your credit or debit card. As with a bank payment gateway, we will not have access to your card details, will be transmitted securely and your information will be protected.

Cash back

You can pay for your purchase when you receive it at home. We recommend having the amount prepared on the arrival of the dealer. The shipping cost is € 3 for purchases up to € 100 and 3% for € 100.

Wire transfer

Another form of payment is by bank transfer from your bank to the account indicated during the purchase process. Only the order will be processed once verified the entry in the account (can take a few days). Picked up at the store

In the process of purchase you can choose the collection in store. The order will be collected upon presentation of the confirmation of purchase confirmation that we will send you as soon as you have completed the purchase process.
